Use the confirmation email or voucher from the service where you booked. It identifies your activity, operator, meeting point and booking reference. GetYourGuide bookings should be managed through your GetYourGuide confirmation or account.

This website cannot locate, change or cancel reservations. For help with an existing GetYourGuide booking, use GetYourGuide customer support. For late arrival or boarding questions, use the tour-day contact details on your voucher.

Questions before booking

Ask the relevant operator to confirm wheelchair access, pushchair space, dietary needs or other requirements that determine whether you can take part. Check the exact option before making payment. Our planning guides explain the information established during research.
